My son was a first time buyer, he saved for his deposit and when he was ready the first person I sent him to was David and Sophie at 121 Mortgages, from then the process was seamless. I've dealt with the team at 1-2-1 mortgages multiple times for mortgage renewals as well as property purchase mortgages. I can't speak highly enough of the service, responsiveness and communication. Its a huge weight off to be able to entrust the team at 1-2-1 with finding us the best deal and having our needs covered at the same time. Fully recommended.

I have used 1-2-1 mortgages for years now and I am always very happy with their service.
David has a vast knowledge of the markets and always runs through various scenarios and to make sure that you're getting the best deal for yourself.
David and his team will ket you know when current fixed rates are due to end so they can plan well in advance to get the best deal possible when it’s time to renew and they always follow up with courtesy emails to make sure that everything has gone smoothly making the whole process stress free.

I have and will continue to recommend 1-2-1 mortgages to anyone looking for a mortgage.

David, Hayley, and Sophie were so helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our home. They were able to find a mortgage lender for us for the full amount we'd hoped to borrow, despite us both being newly self-employed. They were really helpful with recommendations for surveyors and solicitors too. They were patient and communicative with us and tenacious on our behalf. I really believe that we couldn't have done it without them!
