These guys have been harassing my grandfather for a mistraced debt (for energy bills relating to a property he has never lived in or owned).

They will not leave him alone even after providing proof, and his health is now suffering from all the harassment and calls.

Nabeel - what a great guy he is.

Say what you like about these companies - i was bricking it ring them have 3 accounts with owing money from HMRC

Nabeel is the nocest person i think i have spoken to on the phone and a pleasure at keeping me from getting overwhelmed. Such a good good guy and brilliant at his job, willing to work with me to get the best payment plan.

Really easy to do - dont know why i was worried. There is a slight delay on the calls sometimes, so dont think they are being rude. Hope they didnt think i was.

Good luck with the house Nabeel and with the newborn baby. Respect mate

When I called they don’t know who I am my address don’t come up on their system. They have no record of me. Yet They have been taken direct debit every month for over six years and I’m sure this has been paid. They never ever send out letters so you do not know where you stand with these people. They just keep taking your money and do not contact you at all. I know this has been paid yet they’re still taking money out of my bank !!!

Apart from one star ⭐️ there’s nothing else I could add to this review.

This is an absolute horror company. I just tried assisting a lady with a payment on behalf of the HMRC whose husband is currently going through a serious illness in an ICU.

Guess what? I was assisted by ‘Dawd’ who’s extremely unprofessional, & rude with 0 manners in dealing with customers. He wouldn’t even let me talk 🗣️ I hate it when people talk over me. His listening skills were just too poor.

He asked if he could add my phone number to the case file 📑 I said No. as it’s nothing to do with me. I’m just helping a friend of a friend who can’t communicate properly.

You could sell phone numbers to scammers. That’s my worrying part.

IMO, the HMRC or any other government agencies should not be permitted to use these type of dept collection companies who’ve no knowledge in dealing with customers.

I would never 👎🏻 trust this Dept Collecting Company to have my Data 📊

If they sell my phone number in any shape or form, I will take them to the ICO immediately for data breach.

I always have an overpayment on my E.On Next balance to avoid any possible misunderstandings with payment. However, LCS sends unpersonalised letters ("to the Occupier") with threats. E.On Next said that this concerns the previous tenant, but why do I receive these letters

I don't know who is more incompetent Octopus Energy or LCS.
Letters and texts threatening house call for electricity bill payment that was paid the beginning of August. Initial late payment was the fault of Octopus accounts.
Clearly Octopus hasn't a working communication arrangement with LCS.
Additionally LCS mentioned a payment arrangement. We have never entered into any arrangement or paid any money to LCS.

We have been harassed by LCS for weeks despite Consumer Council for Water and Castle Water's looking into our case putting the invoice on hold until the dispute is solved. No communication between them and their client, just keep threatening you for no reason. Shameless!

shockingly slow at contacting the company the debt is owed to let them know its been cleared off.
& at least 1 -2 months behind with forwarding on the payments to said company/ies
So thanks to LCS no one can move forward.
