All classes are well thought out, planned and well executed. This made me complete the entire course within 4 weeks and excersized the trial test for about 5 times, though it has unlimited tries. I took three courses with 2021 training over the past 3 yrs to get my CE hours and I was very pleased with how well everything was easy to use and how Dave the instructor was very detailed in explaining how to use Xactimate and its resources. This is the best training I have done. The trainer on each class is very clear and has a lot of patience explaining everything. I am bilingual and I mostly think in Spanish and I passed my test. I highly recommend 2021 training they are affordable. You can study at your own pace and if you have questions Cherie is WONDERFUL. This has been the best experience ever!

Great online course to get your adjusting license. The course was very informative, and I had no issues passing the Exam.

Customer Service responds promptly to any questions. I couldn't find the email with my log-in credentials and Customer Service responded to my email right away at 8:30 pm. They email your certification of completion promptly once you complete the course. They have videos to walk you through how to submit your application to the state.

Glad I went with 2021 Training and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wanting to get their adjusting license.

I purchased the bundle containing Xactimate / Pre-Licensing / Practical Adjusting. The courses each have the right balance of PowerPoint style presentation with the instructor casually talking you through the information. Dave’s explanations are clear and thorough. There’s also quizzes throughout so you can confirm your understanding of the content before moving on to the next section. I was able to pass the state exam on my first attempt. I would highly recommend 2021 Training to anyone looking to learn more about the insurance industry.

What a GREAT experience!! I needed an online course that would help me earn my Texas' Adjuster's License. This course prepared me for the exam, walked me through the entire testing procedure, helped me complete the process on my first try! I also took other courses offered by 2021 Training. They have a large selection of classes and I found them very informative and engaging at the same time. Cherie also went over and above to make sure my CE credits posted in time (I waited until the very last minute with my home license expiring on 10/31).
