Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about how mortgage works. Our arrangement was quite a tricky one because we had recently revalued our house and in a fix for another 5 years before we can re-mortgage, but as soon as I was introduced to him by a neighbour whom Michael also helped in securing a second mortgage. Things became very easy. He is very polite, very helpful, very responsive, hard working, never complained. He is very honest no matter how diffcult a discussion might seem and he gives options, solution driven, very calm and supportive and always willing to go extra mile to see a deal through, and very intelligent. It appears that all the issue we were dealing with that couple of financial advisers found impossible was the fact that they really don't know much which is a demonstration of the level of experience Michael has over many years. He gave us many options to explore. I also observed that this is one of the best service I have received and the best anyone can ask for. I will recommend the company and Michael any time, any day. If there were to be 10 stars rating, Hel'll have it all.

Michael has been absolutely amazing from the first day we spoke. He has been informative (when I have no clue he has gone through things so I do have a clue) ,he has been efficient, he has been helpful, always professional but friendly and nothing has ever seemed too much trouble for him. Moving house is stressful but Micheal has made this part as unstressful as he could. Definitely recommend and will use him in future if needed.

Great with communication which is needed with a financial advisor. As everyone is you can be impatient waiting for anything regarding buying a house, but he got back to me ASAP with any questions I had, information he’d found or just general advise/updates.

Could tell he was doing everything he could to help me with my mortgage which I really liked about the service. Very friendly, easy to talk to and was all done over the phone. I was a first time buyer so didn’t understand a lot at the time, but he was great at explaining everything to me and telling me all my options.

Always recommend to my friends and will continue to use as my financial advisor/ mortgage advisor in the future.
