I have two policies with 3XD landlord insurance to cover any property damage by tenants. Apparently I not covered when a tenant leaves the property and causes substantial damage to the property. Before I
took out the policies this was a area that I discussed with the company staff to ensure this was covered. Never believe what you have been told. I have doubled checked my policy can't find the clause section for this non cover.
This is the first time that I have ever made a claim as a landlord for 25years.
This company is a ripe off and if you are a landlord don't insurance with 3XD. Save your money and shop around and I urgent to triple check the policy small print, that's if you can find it 😉
This is a criminal damage claim and the police are investigating.
Awful customer service there has been NO honesty or humanity.
I have immediately cancelled both policies.

I had storm damage awhile ago to my roof from the first phone call i made everything was good with this company it was all straight forward contacted a roofer insurance dealt with him and i was kept updated and job completed in a week or so
