I cannot rate this shop highly enough, their customer service is first class. I ordered some Ariat cowboy boots after speaking to a very helpful lady on the phone re sizing. I ordered on Saturday they were delivered Sunday!. I have bought Equestrian products from the shop before and always excellent service, thankyou

Great place! The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Prices for fencing timber was very good and the service bringing the timber out to the car on a fork truck was excellent and fast. Will definitely use again.

Living in Hertfordshire, I find it absolutely incredible, that when I need too purchase goods for my cattle, good old Chelford farm supplies, all the way up north,always come up trump's. The staff are so professional and helpful, value for money is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, goods arrive next day. Absolutely Excellent in every way. Thankyou

Exceptional service!! I needed a body protector on a short lead time having been let down by another company. Racesafe informed me there wasn't a single one in stock in the UK, but when I emailed Chelford they said they had stock due within a week or so and would let me know when it arrived. A few days later, Abi called me to say they had received stock, verified the size was correct and took my order there and then by phone at about 2pm. The item was dispatched that day and received the following morning. Their price was more competitive than most I had found online and the service provided was great.Would highly recommend!

Would definitely use again. Ordered an Equidry coat which was dispatched the same day and arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately it didn't fit so returned and ordered another..which again was sent same day and arrived within 2 days. Refund was also given almost immediately first coat was recieved back. Impressive service would definitely recommend.
