A while ago I bought my house and I paid Ryan Lançon with First Call PA $250 to help me inspect my Roof, I was referred to him to help file a claim.

Long story short I paid the Money, Claim was filed, and then I was forgotten about. Moved on to the next one you might say. I reached out a month or two later and got No Response from Ryan. None at all, call or text. Finally a year later I get ahold of him and he said "he thought they were going to send the check to his office."

Turns out the claim paid, and they sent the check to the previous Homeowner, which they cashed, and the claim is closed. Thanks Ryan for using my $250 to get someone else a bunch of money that I now have to Sue for, if I ever hope to recover.

Moral of the story is, even if someone comes well referred, don't expect they know what they are doing. Keep a close eye on everything, you never know when it could end up costing you thousands of Dollars.
