I have been working with DSOC for just under 2 years now and I would recommend DSOC to everyone.

The site that I look after is vast and complex with a number of CCTV or Alarm activation weekly.

The DSOC team have always been prompt in their response and decisive when talking to me.

They have always been professional and friendly, always willing to help if they can.

Due to poor performance by our previous ARC we moved all of the Ready Steady Store properties to DSOC, who now monitor our alarms and CCTV. The transition was a simple process managed by DSOC and since then we have noticed a significant decrease in the number of out of hours calls received. Whoever you speak to within DSOC you are provided with a professional and prompt response to queries or issues. All round a great service keep up the good work
