We've had a really stressful time trying to get an offer accepted, with a couple offers falling through before getting to final mortgage offer stage on one property. This meant additional work on the mortgage side as documents had to continually be updated and the lender needed to be kept informed (at one point the lender nearly closed the account but Baltic were there to keep it all afloat!). I was recommended Andrew Eggleton by someone so dropped him a line. I was a first time buyer but with a strange scenario in regards to the mortgage and explained my situation to him. He advised me what I needed to do over time in preparation for the mortgage application. I followed his advice and within a few months I was ready to apply.
