We had our heating upgraded to a system boiler in October by Thermo-Flow and were really impressed. We contacted them after a few other companies failed to show up to give quotes and Dan came round the next day (a Saturday)! He was really friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through lots of different options, and the quote was very reasonable compared to the others. The guys who came to do the work were also lovely, and very tidy. Very happy and would definitely recommend, thank you!

We needed our oil boiler replaced urgently due to it breaking down (mid COVID-19 crisis). I called and Daniel from Thermo-Flow came to have a look that same day (Friday). He sent the quote through that afternoon which was very competitive and also very clear with a breakdown of all costs. What was particularly good was any optional additional parts/items where clearly shown separately which made the quote very honest and transparent. We decided to go ahead with the quote and work commenced on the Monday. Very professional (as was his apprentice), very tidy, explained what he was doing throughout and the work was of a very high standard. We could smell a small amount of oil at the weekend after the work was complete and so text Daniel (a Saturday) asking if he could pop over on the Monday. He was in the area and so popped to us about an hour later (this was just residue oil from the breakdown which has seeped up through our floor - which was completely ruined by the breakdown!). Great service especially as it was a weekend and his day off! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any other work that may need/want doing , along with the annual servicing. The quote amount was exactly what we paid, no additional costs were added by Thermo-Flow at the end. They really, really impressed me from start to finish. Thank you!

Our boiler stopped working in the middle of a cold snap and with 2 little ones at home we were in a bit of a panic. Even though it was evening, we got a reply straight away to our message. I would give the highest recommendation to Thermo-Flow Services. I have used them to repair and install a heating system at my house, including a gas boiler, and to install a complete new bathroom. I have cancelled my heating insurance on the basis that I can get Thermo-Flow to maintain it more quickly and cheaply than the insurers. The bathroom install was done to perfection - no easy job since it involved fitting a frameless shower screen with no vertical, horizontal or lateral adjustment. All jobs have been carried out punctually, at reasonable cost and with courtesy and good humour. Top recommendation!

I have just used Thermo-Flow to fit a new gas boiler into an old property. The service provided was excellent from start to finish, very responsive and professional. The quote was competitive and the work was completed to a high standard and with a smile in 26 degrees! The boiler comes with a 10 year guarantee if it is serviced by them annually. These people were, quite simply, really pleasant and professional to deal with. A rapid response to my initial enquiry, a full explanation of what they proposed and how they would go about doing the work. A full and detailed quotation was provided and the work carried out was of excellent quality and the premises left very clean and tidy. Cannot recommend this team of people any more than if I were related to them.
