I recently inquired about a conveyancing quote from this firm, but after the experience, I received, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Despite following up twice, it took over a week to even receive a response, and the process was marred by rudeness from a staff member during a phone call. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism does not instill confidence in their ability to handle conveyancing matters efficiently.
