I chose Alex as my mortgage broker back in April 2023. Alex arranged an appointment within a week and was very helpful and super reactive to messages. Alex explained everything to me fully and managed to get me a formal mortgage offer (not just in principle) the next day!

Unfortunately my sale hasn’t been the easiest and I’m currently sat waiting to get keys to my property today (7 months on), but one thing I really can say is my broker has been amazing!

Alex has gone above and beyond, kept in touch over the full period and even chased solicitors to get the outcome we needed.

By chasing continually we have avoided the need for an extension on my mortgage offer saving me £124 per month and upto £15k over a 10 year period. What a cracking job.

Had a quote for some life insurance could not have been more happy with the way alex handled everything. He went above and beyond collecting and explaining key information to me due to current health conditions was not pushy about a sale like some companys are a very relaxed process all the way through.
