Bill and Susan of Disaster Adjusting served as public adjusters in a damage claim we had with our insurance company. They went to bat for us in supporting a window and stucco replacement due to hail damage that was severely underestimated by our insurance company. Specifically, violating our policy requirements of restoration to original quality. Multiple communications were required to coordinate all parties involved. I contracted with Disaster Adjusting for my fire claim. My claim wasn't extremely large, but they were still able to get me an additional 4,000. Im fairly knowledgable being in Real Estate, but their were several things I had no idea I could ask for. I also learned that as soon as your insurance co is notified their is a PA representing you, your file gets pulled out of the pack for them to pay more attention to timelines and fees. Susan was professional, friendly, and responded to my calls and emails, and my insurance co responses right away. I admit I was skeptical, but I'd had a previous fire claim where the insurance co did not pay any of the claim, causing me to pay 25,000 out of pocket. I am glad I found them, and benefitted from their services.
