I'm not a costumer but just a member of the public , I live in a dead end road in ramsgate and a Crain is blocking our road no car or pedestrian can leave unless you can climb over scaffolding or fit under the stabilisers people are trapped you speak to anyone you "get nothing we can do" or they ignore you and the workers laugh thinking it funny I have pictures and videos will be reporting this further.
people can't get to work because of this

Blocking road to get in and out of home, can't go anyway including work. Huge fire risk and super dangerous to be told the only way out is to climb over scaffolding while they continue to hang stuff from the crane over your head
