InsureThat answer the phone fast so no long periods of waiting. However, I took out minor damage policy with Lexus and the policy itself isn't worth the paper it's written on. InsureThat go out of their way to be as obstructive and steeped in bureaucracy. Their website claims section doesn't work so you have to fill out via a PDF, they won't come to where is convenient to you despite claiming otherwise and the hassle of what they want with photographs negates any good. Everything has added layers of faff so they can avoid doing what you're paying for.

Worst thief ever. Unhelpful and unethical behaviour. Planned criminally minded, never buy any policy from Insurethat, you don't know whenever they like they will take your money out from your account and prove you it's their right.

I have recently dealt with InsureThat after the sudden passing of my dad as he had an active GAP policy with them.

Adam has handled the situation with the utmost amount of professionalism and empathy in a tough scenario. Everything has been dealt with swiftly and with care and I can’t thank Adam enough.

I have used this company twice now. Telephone calls and emails are answered quickly. The call handlers are always very friendly and helpful. Changes are made quickly and confirmation always sent. Very professional company with excellent customer service.

Was sold a policy via Lexus but when it came to claiming it took forever for them to respond and even then they refused because they said damage was on the bonnet which was only covered for minor chips. Considering the bonnet is the largest surface area of the car, the policy is next to useless and was oversold by Lexus to us!

Amazing customer services, easy claims team and simply the best to reach never more than 2 mins to connect.

Only improvement would be online client portal that is capable of lodging claims!

Tried contacting by telephone to let them know I have changed my vehicle, line just cuts off and no email address so currently driving round with no GAP cover. Not very good. Is it. Looking elsewhere

Great service for GAP Insurance gives you that sense of security knowing if anything happens to your car and it’s a write off they will sort out your finance on the car
