I have been dealing with Ian Yeomans for the past couple of months as a first time buyer. Ian, from day one has been genuinely incredible. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is a very personable and approachable gentleman. He has advised us and guided us every single step of the way going above and beyond on a daily basis. He has answered every single petty question of mine for a long time now that really helped reassure us that all was in hand, which I can only apologise for ! The overall mortgage process can be extremely daunting, particularly for those of us that haven't been through it before and it has just been made so much easier with Ian's help. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Thank you for all you have done for us and we can't wait to move into our new home in a few weeks time. We have the house we love, at the best rate possible with minimal delays and it is without question down to you, so thank you again !

Would highly recommend! Was looking to move house and organise a mortgage - and not really sure where to start. Ian looked at the whole of the market, and did everything he could to ensure we got the best product and rate. Both professional and friendly, he went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us. He answered all my many, many constant questions, and always kept us fully informed and updated. He discussed everything in full to ensure we were 100% happy, and can't thank him enough for everything he has done. These things can sometimes be a little bit daunting, but our experience couldnt have been better...if we are in need of financial services in the future this is definitely where we would always return.
