I was unable to travel as I had a stroke a few days prior to booking. My son in law is in the process if looking into refund. This is complicated by the fact that it was 2 separate air companies so I gather meant 2 separate claimed incurring 2 excess payments.
I was told on taking out the policy that I would receive paperwork and info re making a claim but that has not materialised. Not very impressive
