After being let down by the local branch of another national chain of opticians I thought I'd try Armstrong and North. Very pleased I did. Simple appointment booking service and wonderful staff. Particular thanks to Kevin who was very thorough during my eye test and a very polite and friendly chap. Glad I moved away from the cattle shop feel of the more well known chains.

I would recommend the Felixstowe branch to all. Thanks to all staff for their help. I shall be returning with my son soon who is due an eye test.
