Neil Pearman has been amazing in arranging my mortgage. He has been responsive throughout - even with my stupid questions!

Neil Pearman was one of the best mortgage brokers we have encountered. We were recommended Neil from Just Mortgages by an estate agent, and the service we have recieved has been fantastic.

I'm currently on furlough so had been advised by other mortgage broker that obtaining a mortgage would not be possible until I returned back to work. After contacting Neil, despite me expecting to be told the same about securing a mortgage whilst being on furlough, Neil spent many hours searching for a lender who would accept us. This is not something I would have been able to do independently, therefore Neil has been brilliant. If it wasn't for Neil we would have waited months before I returned to work to get a mortgage, and would have probably missed out on our new home.

Neil is always very quick to reply to any emails or phone calls, and has arranged a couple of virtual meetings outside of office hours. He also took time out of his weekend to secure our mortage as soon as possible, this is not a service that many companies would offer!

Neil managed to save us over £100 a month compared to a mortgage that we initially found ourselves. Therefore, I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone. We will certainly contact Neil when it is time for us to remortgage.
