We arranged a viewing with Fenn Wright to view a specific plot at Laureate Fields. Fenn Wright accommodated us at short notice and Ariel showed us around in a very professional manner.
First of all he arrived on time, something that other estate agents in the area had never managed to do, and greeted us in a very pleasant manner.
His knowledge of both the property and the development was first class and he allowed us time to discuss the various aspects amongst ourselves, again something that not many estate agents do in our experience.
He then offered to show us other available properties at the development so that we could get a feel for those also.
