We have used this company as our shipping agents and for customs clearance for nearly a year. They are incredibly professional, experienced and responsive. We know they are very good at what they do because we’ve had experience of another shipping and customs clearance agency. Moving to UK Customs Solutions was like going from the conference division to the premiership.

Here’s why:

• When shipments are going to be delayed, they’ve told us.

• They provide rolling coverage of shipment progress including ETA at UK Port.

• They’ve given us comprehensive quotes so that we can create accurate forecasts.

• They have excellent partners in China who quickly reach out to our manufacturers.

• They provided us with a detailed understanding of which Chinese port would best suit a particular shipment. This has been really useful when we have been sourcing products.

• They’ve helped us with warehousing and domestic logistics.

• They nearly always respond same day if not within hours on email. This has been useful as the pandemic has at times shortened decision making deadlines from days to hours.

• Their use of initiative ensured we had goods on a boat instead of stuck in a warehouse before Chinese New Year came in.

Truly the worse custom support we had So far. They don't communicate, you receive 5 different responds on 1 email. Mix up shipment and most of them Don't have any idea of what they are doing. Coming up with new documents with every clearance.
Most employees are not aware of custom formalities and cannot give proper advise or help. Impossible to have them as a partner.

We tried, I gave feedback that I didn't like their working methode. And they acted arrogant because they are in the position we need them.... They think.

As immigrant ,with zero experience to import alcohol in UK, i asked services from this company. We changed 5 emails , every email with a 3-8 days delay...Totally unexperienced i asked details and the last mail ,told me that they can't continue.They lost them patience...Such a waste of my important time...!
