Absolutely appalling service, how Sainsburys are directly associated with this group is beyond me!! Customer service is the worst I have ever come across anywhere, all operatives seem to have little to no clue as to what is going on, therefore they are beyond useless when you call! Managers are permanently in meetings & when call backs are requested they never call!! Making an insurance claim for what I would have expected to be a relatively straight forward accidental damage claim with countless pictures as evidence of the accident has caused me an untold amount of stress due to Davies Group’ absolute thorough incompetence. The accident happened 9 weeks ago & we seem to be nowhere near a resolve! An embarrassment to Sainsburys and I plan on making a formal complaint! Avoid like the plague if you value your time & money.

Absolutely shocking company, we had a leak in our kitchen back in January its now the last day of May & we are still awaiting the outcome of the claim. We have crumbling concrete for kitchen floor, no skirting boards in the kitchen downstairs toilet dismantled so trailing broken concrete upstairs. Why when you pay your insurance yearly should you have to put up with this disgraceful service. We have never claimed before i think 20 weeks to wait for your kitchen to be put back into an habitable state is not acceptable 😡. Why do insurance companies even consider using this company when it has so many bad reviews.

Absolutely shocking company, we were in an acvident(not our fault driver of other car admitted liability immediately) 5 months on and we're still waiting for them to settle our claim in for caravan that was written off, car insurance (another company) paid out in full with 2 weeks. Caused nothing but stress, call handlers are very unprofessional and rude, to the point where they gave me a £75 sorry token after the way I was spoken to(they actually listened to the recorded call and admitted that it was unprofessional) Avoid this company at all costs, we didn't even insure through them it was Ripe insurance but Davis group deals with their claims.

Went through them for holiday insurance. Nearly a day lost due to delays so asked them for help with compensation. Got £20 a person back. Didn't even ask whether we wanted that, just said we were having it. Useless, I definitely wouldn't use them again.

This is the second time I have had a claim whereby Davies Group handled the claim on behalf of the Insurance Company.
their forms and requirements were all easy to complete online and, although in my recent claim there was a miscommunication (from their side), it was relatively quick and easy to finalise.

Disgusting service, no support, then rude staff when you try to chase your claim. Sent my phone for repair and 1 month later still no response. Do not use this company if you value your things. Pay peanuts you get monkeys and these are the kings of monkeys.

They are taking to long to sort out my insurance Claim. They are so totaly incompetent. Useful as a chocolate fire guard. You spend your totalling on hold when making a phone call. You have to listen to dire pathetic on hold music that makes you want to fetch a length of rope.

Don't bother whit this company as they make it virtually impossible to make a claim. 3x I've used this company in 18 months and on the 3rd time I need them and they just laughed in my face. After 3 1/2 hrs of digging around for the information of 7 yrs I had to prove I had this phone they said it wasn't enough. Avoid this company if you want real insurance. You've been warned.
