STAY AWAY!! Disorganised and unprofessional! Absolutely terrible service, twice I trusted michael to file my tax return one for my company and one self assessment. He failed to file for my company and I was charged a £300 fine. I let it slide out of good will. Then my self assessment was due. I sent all details to then recieve a letter from HMRC that my return hadn't been filed and I was to pay £100 fine!?! When I approached Michael, he became very aggressive and towards me and blamed me - when in clear black and white I have email evidence he simply hadn't provided the service and failed. Stay clear - it will cost you MORE in the long run.

Rude with no interest in customer service. Late to reply and very below par work. Discovered a supposed issue with our accounts but was unwilling to provide further details or work with us on the issue. Openly admitted he wanted to spend time on others accounts instead of aiding us fully. When we challenged his service levels/ competency he threatened small claims court action. With plenty of other highly rated accountants in the area it was an easy choice to take our business elsewhere.
