I found Ryan Matthews to be diligent, patient and very thorough in supporting me through this process which can take time, be a bit cumbersome and long winded.

He went over areas I didn't understand and often repeated financial terms for my ease of understanding. I didn't feel rushed or coerced into doing anything. I also appreciated the fact he didn't judge me for the silly questions.
