A big thank you to Joseph Keepin of Assured Financial Group for taking a good deal of time to help me with arranging a better Life Insurance. He managed to provide a life cover policy that gave me increased payout value, extended duration and yet reduced monthly payments all in one. He was very pleasant to talk to, very accommodating, always listened carefully, never pushy, kept all his appointments and adjusted when time was restricted on my part. We dealt with Matt Hunt from Assured FG, who was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and easily contactable. He found us a great deal on our mortgage and made the application process simple and quick.
Whenever we had any questions, they were answered quickly and in detail.

I had a really great experience with Assured FG Ltd. Matt Hunt was my mortgage advisor, and as a first time buyer he made the process much easier and smooth running by explaining in detail each of the processes along the way and gave me a wide range options when choosing the right bank, surveyors etc. Very professional and helpful team as a whole; the communication and time scale they did everything in even surprised my parents who have worked with many other mortgage advisors over the years. Aaron did my first mortgage and my remortgage 2 years later. As a first time buyer who didn’t know a lot about mortgages he was really helpful and walked us through the whole process and made sure everything was really clear. He kept in regular contact, was available whenever we had a question and got us a good deal!

I recently took out an income protection policy with Aaron Batten. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. It was a very smooth process with everything sorted very quickly. Absolutely horrendous! filled in one stupid form (thinking it would be an online quote) and got called 4/5 times in a day even though i told them i was no longer interested. I was then called 3 times in the day by a lady, who has now called me again at 6.35pm! I answered it and i told her i was no longer interested but instead of saying ok and hanging the phone up she was prolonging the conversation asking me a hundred questions i dont know how she got a job there if she couldnt tell that i was not wanting to speak and was eager to just put the phone down.

I then said look i have told you i am not interested why are you still asking me questions, and you have called me 3 times already this is harassment and i asked her do you not think calling me so many times in a day is over the top she said 'No' and her tone was absolutely filthy. Shame i did not catch her name! Ruined my whole evening!
