I’ve just completed the purchase of my new home through Millers Countrywide, Falmouth. I cannot speak highly enough of my agent Ketan Cooper. He has been so polite and helpful throughout the purchase with regards to facilitating viewings, surveys and other enquiries as they have arisen. If only I could give zero stars - we have had nothing but issues with the lettings team.
We moved out of our rental property over a month ago and have still not had our deposit back despite multiple emails, calls and going into branch.
When we got the keys to the property, the house had not been cleaned and there was a leak from the shower into the living room below. I asked for the house to be cleaned and the leak to be fixed in the 3 weeks before we properly moved in.
When we came to move in 3 weeks later, we could not get in the house because the locks had been changed without telling us? The property still hadn't been cleaned and the leak was not fixed. It took a long time for the leak to be fixed and meant we could not use the shower for about 3 weeks!
Landlords and tenants should stay away from this letting agent, nothing but ongoing issues.

Have been dealing with James, Dayna and Cian they are all helpful and easy to communicate with. In particular Cian he is very pleasant and kind. The fact that their company is of the larger Countrywide group does give us a better sense of security especially when we are a family from overseas. Big thanks to them 🙂

AVOID AT ALL COST.
If you want to be treated fairly and looked after, do NOT go with this branche. James Harvey, lettings manager, is a literal liar. He will not respond to any email and will make promises that he doesn't keep. Long story short, this is an absolute disgrace to the letting agents profession and I feel ripped off to the highest degree.

Fantastic professionalism in house welcoming. We were greeted by smartly dressed professionals who provided us with a letting packet containing all important information about our let and property as well as a goodie box ! Such hospitality.
