Fixer Management Services have looked after my rental property since I bought it last year, it has always been presented perfectly and maintenance issues dealt with quickly and efficiently. More recently Katie has project managed an entire renovation of the apartment delivering a beautiful and high quality end result using her team of local professional tradesmen. Katie managed to work safely and responsibly around Covid 19 restrictions during the work and got it finished in time for reopening in July, it has been full of guests ever since. Thanks Katie!

We bought and renovated our cottage 5 years ago and Katie and Fixer Management have looked after it professionally and well since the beginning, working together with the agents Falmouth Holiday Homes.
She is always helpful and has had some useful suggestions which have been beneficial to the cottage upkeep and she has a list of other professionals to call on for maintenance etc when necessary which is really helpful. Katie gives us peace of mind in these uncertain times by personally being on hand to keep a regular eye on the cottage for us as we live a distance away.
