Brilliant level of service,

My friend and I have just completed on our house sale and we had the pleasure of having Mark Green as our mortgage advisor, I have to say, he was just brilliant from start to finish! It helps that he is such a lovely and funny man, but he is so knowledgable and helpful and he just made the whole process super easy. This was both my friend and I’s first house purchase so we were pretty overwhelmed at times and didn’t have much of idea of how everything works, but Mark would go through everything very clearly, and he was more than happy to answer our silly questions, answer our thousands of phone calls, and he would still always make us feel like we were doing a good job! I would recommend anyone to reach out to Mark, not only was he super super quick at sorting everything and helpful everything mortgage wise, he was also a previous estate agent so he knows his stuff on all things property and was able to walk us through everything to do with the sale and was happy to answer any questions unrelated to the mortgage.
