We have been working with Sanders Property Management for 3 years, providing property maintenance and decorating services. We have found them to be an efficient, conscientious and friendly company to deal with. Sanders provide clear, written instructions for every project, detailing the work to be done and providing access information for the relevant properties. All accounts are processed and paid promptly.

Terrible!!! Bully’s. Ripped us off in service charges. Stayed 3 months and sold company to Hobdens. We have no idea where our money is between the two!! They say there’s no money in the account when we have paid over 7k & virtually no works done. Read all the reviews and the good ones are from all their mates who worked with them. And the ones that are one star reviews are leaseholders/people who actually live in the properties. There’s not one review from someone who was a Tenant or Leasehold. See photos under my review for Hobdens. This is the building I live in & which sanders mismanaged not doing a single piece of work. Unbelievably, we were charged a huge deposit when they sold up to Hobdens after only 3 months!!! These managing agents take a MASSIVE deposit which they keep so in a matter of 4 months we were charged this fee twice! Managing Agents are a law unto themselves. Ripoff artists.

Horrendous experience. No accountability regarding structural faults with the building even when you're pregnant, extremely rude, bully tenants into paying for "unnecessary bills" such as water which weren't part of the agreement, use any trumped up reasons to try to make you leave such as so-called health and safety ie leaving things in the hallway when there's not even a safe fire evacuation procedure in place, duplicate main entrance door keys with those of other buildings they own which breaches security, never hold meetings to discuss future increases in service charges, just spring it on you at the last min, shoddy cowboy builders used... I could go on. Couldn't wait to leave that place.
