Kevin from Berger Adjusters came to our home and documented our house on an interactive video so that if we ever have a problem we have a record to validate the condition of the house and its contents. I have had insurance claims with two different houses. Both times Kevin Jordan was able to assist to get me the best claim settlement possible. I had a mold issue in one house. In another house I had a mechanical breakdown. My furnace broke down and basically caught on fire. The insurance company was rejecting the claim despite the policy covering mechanical breakdown. Kevin's efforts took away the extreme stress of figuring out how to afford a new furnace in the middle of the winter during a cold spell before further damage was caused by bursting pipes. Kevin took on my claim and negotiated with the insurance company to get the settlement to restore everything. He was very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, providing guidance. They were adaptive to working with any contractor that I chose. I felt like they were truly there for my best interest.
