Absolute joke of a company. We've had an issue ongoing for over 3 weeks now and they've not even had the courtesy to reply to any of our emails. We had also requested a few months back to have the DPI added to our account - they never bothered to get back to us about that either. Do yourself a favour - steer clear of these amateurs and use a company that actually knows its business.

Not happy with Qualitymark at all they suspended my account under review as they as this is what they do then the outcome was they are not offering me there service no more based on a risk assessment and said my business is a risk when my business hasn't changed since the onboarding last year. If anything I've got much more work on now then last year so makes no sense in my eyes at all only thing I can think is because most my work has been repairs based I've not been needing they service so therefore not spending enough money with them so they close my account. The knock on effects this has had on my business to other things I have in place that require me to have insurance backed guarantee provider is now causing me problems so thanks for that Qualitymark nice to know how you treat your customers!!

Great company! The process of applying for Insurance Backed Guarantees is so straight forward. The website is easy to use and we receive the documents instantly.... It's brilliant!!
