Missed using my renewal price by 2 days and when I used chat explained and to try and re-insure SCOTT told me the price of my insurance had gone up by ÂŖ100 on top of the ÂŖ46 from last year.
I questioned this only to be told NOTHING could be done and that's just the way it is because of the market. When I asked to see a supervisor he told me even his supervisor would not be able to do anything about it because nobody can manually change the price, I wonder if he was trying to avoid me speaking to one because he had clearly added.
After looking through other insurers I thought I would try Direct line online.....
Guess what ÂŖ7 more than my renewal quote I had missed which probably works out as he told me the quote was issued a month before.
DISHONEST and greedy at a time when people are struggling with costs going up!

Yet another large company that cannot answer their phone. Nearly an hour on hold. I've given up. What small business would
treat their customers like these large ones do? NONE. Absolutely disgraceful. I'm completely without a working boiler for 2 weeks now on my Direct Line insurance policy.
