They were the other guys. But these people are very professional and precise. I was involved in an accident with one of their clients, (his fault) and right from the start they were concerned for my personal welfare and my passengers, even the state of my vehicle. Compassion is lacking in our world today , but not with this group of professionals. I expected a little sluggishness. Didn't happen. Very prompt service. I am considering them for my business. This is the worst insurance company out there. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

If I could have given them 0 stars on this review I would have.

I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with them when their insured hit my car and it has been over a month and I still don't have my car back fixed. They can't even pay the autobody shop. Wouldn't provide me with a rental in the mean time. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with Shannon Riley and Krissy Ford.

Seriously, do not use this company for any insurance needs.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional office I have been in. The staff was rude to the point of disrespect. We were given an itemized deduction scale in writing. Once the check was issued it contained a lesser value. When we questioned the difference Ms. Kathy became rude and disrespectful. Upon reading some of the reviews here I see that we are not the first who have encountered an issue here.

They are taking really long to set an agreement. A taxi driver hit my car 60 days ago. Unfortunately, I don't get car fixed yet. I sent them a letter and I didn't receive any response. This company doesn't have any respect for anyone.
