I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received form this company . My experience has been incredibly negative, marked by unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and a complete lack of quality service .
I have been charged £391 for only 22 days period cover and then had to contact 7 times to receive my NCB certificate which took about 10 days . I feel like day light robbery and have been conned .

I regret wasting both my time and money with this compnay and would not recommend your insruance to anyone. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Please avoid like the plague, phoned up for an initial insurance quote for ADI insurance, Josh on the phone said I can get this for you for around £900ish which I thought brilliant 3 hours later I get phoned up and it’s now £2300 all because I had a car stolen outside my home 2 years ago which isn’t my fault yet I’ve been penalised. Shocking service, I’ll be posting this on all the driving instructor forums that I’m a member off so no one else bothers to ring BG up.

Don't waste your time or energy with these guys. A lot of other companies out there who are more efficient.
These guys don't know what they're doing and will keep fobbing you off for weeks.
I had to ring everyday virtually for a week, to get a renewal from them, they eventually gave it 2 hours before my policy expired. Once I had paid for the renewal, which they were very quick to take, they went all quiet and I still haven't received my insurance certificate. 3 weeks and waiting, after numerous calls and emails, still waiting!

Good experience setting up instructor insurance through BG. They quoted me £300 cheaper than Waverney Insurance but then I bought a new car shortly afterwards and they charged me £300 to modify my policy ? still with it though. God bless Maggie's Britain!

Not very easy to deal with, had an accident which was none fault, then got passed from company to company trying to get my car fixed and to deal with the claim, wouldn’t insurance with them again, after service is very poor

Worst Insurance company ever. Absolute scammers. Avoid them at all costs. Cancelled a policy with immediate effect and refused to give any refund whatsoever. My policy is only in the first month and they have taken £2500 and are refusing to pay anything back. When calling up to make a complaint there seems to be nobody in the office to deal with the complaint as the whole complaints team are currently off. What an absolute joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID
