DO NOT TAKE OUT THE POLICY.
Life is too short for this level of u professionalism and incompetence.
Nothing is progressed unless you chase and kick up a fuss. The. Your phone will go missing, and it will become your full time job trying to find out what happened. Note my phone has now been off for 'repair' for 6 weeks. Has been lost in the royal mail postal system for over 7 days, on the way back from repair.
Yet no one can agree who is responsible for it. Nothing has been done to compensate me for the lost, just excuses and being asked to wait another 28 days.
DOES NOT USE.
you will have to advocate for yourself and demand that someone take just a little pride in their job.

WORST COMPANY EVER, I wish there were less than one stars, I still haven't received my 2023 documents even though I've asked for them, I have changed my mobile in April but I've been unable to access the account to make a change, last year it took them nearly 4 months to repair my daughter's phone. It was only because I escalated it they finally responded. I am now cancelling this policy.... Well payments as I can't actually get on to cancel the policy. Absolutely disgusting in today's market where people need to do things online.

Just got to say- I’m shocked at reviews! EXCELLENT service as always. Just made my second claim. First one was 2 years ago ( been a customer for 4 years) . Both claims have been amazing. Just received new device back. Turnover less than one week. Claiming is super simple. Soon as excess is paid, passed on to claim handlers. Fully updated by email. No questions asked. I’d not use anyone else!! Fantastic service

Very poor website and set up and they don't operate at weekends. I'd stay clear, almost feel as though they are set up to get your personal details as with the customer service and setup it's like there's no one behind the wheel, anyway emailed them to cancel a policy I'm still unsure has been set up. I can always cancel with my bank if all else fails. Done through moneysupermarket as well, didn't think they used such rubbish services. Won't be using them either

One star is generous.
Been waiting over a month for a replacement phone. First the wrong model was ordered, then a damaged phone was sent. I have sent several emails, which have been ignored and have spent hours on the phone on hold, (I am on hold right now and have been for 55 minutes). I have had to take two days off work to receive the delivery and have taken another day off as I have been told another phone will be sent, however I have yet to receive a confirmation email so I'm not confident that the phone has even been ordered.
Stay well clear. I will be cancelling my policy asap.
*edit* The phone did not arrive, they sent one out the next day and again it was faulty and unusable. I've spent a week sending emails and making phone calls and I'm still stuck with a phone that won't turn on.

Absolutely disgusting Company. Paid £100 to insure my phone for the year, my phone was stolen, all of the info asked for was provided and 4 months later and I haven’t had a new phone sent and they ignore all of your emails. Don’t bother wasting your money!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

It's been over 6 weeks and they are doing all they can can to not dealing with me. Only way to get through to them is phone. Slow service. They don't reply to emails. I've paid my £100 excess got told they would contact me 3 days ago. Phoned today they said they would send an email. They haven't. So now have to wait till Monday. Doubt they will contact me. Will be me making yet another phone call to sort this.

I cannot fault their customer service absolutely brilliant. I lost a product and was given a cash settlement minus the excess fee which is understandable. Cash settlement took 3 working days as said when I ended the claim however this could take up to 5 working days, very happy and pleased with their service.
