However, seeing their recent advertising, and with ever increasing premiums for my holiday home insurance, I requested a quote: It was five times my existing premium! So be aware that good service may come at a price.

Tina from NFU New Forest Branch was professional very knowledgeable polite and more importantly had a sense of humour, she walked me through the claim process and made it easy for me to chose NFU for my vehicle's insurance. The fact that they managed to beat my renewal quote did of course make a difference but had it been the same price I would have switched because of her professional attitude.
