Absolutely disgusting company. Phoned one sure woman was very abrupt and rude. Cancelled my insurance with 5mths left only to be told they don't refund any money and i have to pay £85 cancellation fee. So not only have I paid for 5mths I don't need but also have to pay another £85 to cancel. What a joke of a company .

Its 3 years since I last posted in here,and it seems things have not improved, avoid this company like the plague and definitely don't give them your bank card numbers

Refused to paid claim for two years, went to court, they made an offer a week or so before court date which we accepted. They then didn't pay. We're still waiting for payment.

I'm afraid i can only give one star as impossible to give no stars as then unable to comment.
I had to cancel my late father's car insurance policy as he passed away. I promptly emailed the copy of death certificate as instructed.
One month later I open a demand letter for my late Father addressed to him as there was an amount to pay. How insensitive. How unprofessional.

Canceling my policy as i write this never wanted to leave an insurance half way through but don't expect anything from them in a claim and they're watching you constantly for ways to not pay out even down to what i sold on freeads the year before i was told i wasn't aloud to sell wheels on my policy when they where just my 1 set of old alloys i had... and it gets worse after 40 minutes on hold and asking to cancel i get grief and saying this is a pointless call as your leaving because you aren't happy not with how we act when its this dribble im not happy with and wanted to charge me to leave but then didn't believe i had paid the year in full ?‍♂️ now on hold again while they find another excuse

Recently took over the house insurance, was advised by spitfire rep, that a new policy would be needed. This we did, only to find the previous named policy owner still on our new policy. We wanted that name taken off, but we were told it would cost us nearly £200,to do so... Seriously not happy!!,
