I don’t know where to start telling how helpful Full House, specifically John, was. We were devastated by Hurricane Ian at Cape Coral, and the insurance wanted to pay pennies. We were so desperate, and then a coworker suggested to talk to John. He came at no time, and within a day we had a very accurate estimate on all the damages. The insurance still refused to pay, so John hooked us up with a great lawyer. Finally, a year and eight months after the storm, we settled with the insurance, and John’s estimated was at the center of the settlement. We are so happy we found him. Next Hurricane we will directly go to John ?

I can’t say enough wonderful things about John Franzese, FULL HOUSE Insurance Adjusters. After my home insurance company denied coverage for replacing a 20 year old leaking roof I hired John to see if there was something more that could be done.
He explained the entire “outside adjusters roll” ; he gave me a realistic time frame for how long it might take to complete; and even brought a drone to check out my entire roof without ever having to climb ladders.
Then began the lengthly paperwork back and forth with my Insurance agent (which John handled 100%). That was followed by the painful negotiations with my insurance agent and me and finally we reached a successful (for me) conclusion. I’ll be depositing my Insurance Company’s check this week. And the reasonable fee I paid John was so worth the results.
