When we needed help they were unprofessional and useless. All they are interested in is taking money from us, for no visible return. Three years handing money over to them each year but no more! We DO NOT recommend this company who claim they are the best. Rubbish. Expensive and corrupt, yes.

We had a bad problem in our caravan due to a leak on shower .I rang Coast and with in couple of days AXA the underwriters then Loss adjuster had date sorted for loss adjuster to come out .The job has been completed by great lads Scott Northeast caravans there work is really top class .Everybody either on phone or in person could not have been nicer and all recommended .Thx again Coast for making a stressful situation for us into a stress free fixing of our caravan .

Well I was recommended to talk to these people about renewing my parkhome insurance well what a lovely lady I spoke to we went though my insurance details and what a surprise I got a quote of £211 exactly 1/2 of the renewal price of the company I was with really no brainer so phone these people as I did you could be surprised

I contacted Coast Insurance to obtain a quotation for our American Fifth Wheel caravan as their website states that they insure this type of unit. After protracted time of listing all of my details, on explaining that we wished to insure an American fifth wheel, I was informed that the company no longer insure this type of vehicle. I voiced my surprise at this as four of my friends with similar vehicles have insurance with Coast, the latest of which was only taken out 2 months ago. The operators response to this was that it was a recent decision to discontinue 5th wheel insurance but couldn't give a date when this was discontinued. Obviously on informing my friends of this there was some consternation!
I am disappointed with their service as it is clear on the Coast website that they insure American 5th wheelers, indeed to the point that the photo accompanying this section on the website features an American 5th wheel caravan and an American pickup!

We have insured our caravan with Coast Insurance for some years now. Luckily we've never had to make a claim so I cannot comment on their service regarding claims.
However they offer an excellent advice & are helpful & knowledgeable . Their prices for cover are very competitive & I would recommend that you get a quote from them before paying the higher prices offered by other companies.

We had an accident in our touring caravan & Coast's claims process was so straight forward & customer focused, which was just what we needed during a stressful time! The claims advisors were excellent, very friendly & professional. We were going away on holiday shortly after the accident & they worked with us to process our claim so quickly & efficiently so we didn't have to cancel. I was so impressed! I would definitely recommend Coast Insurance to anyone.

I left a negative review, and within hours the MD had seen the review (without me telling them) and sorted the issue for me, Frustrated it happened but I have to give them credit, that was pretty impressive so have changed my review to reflect this!
