We were recommended ST&R as a mortgage broker through a family member. We are in a very complicated type of shariah mortgage and it was an incredibly stressful process to get the mortgage in the first place, so we were desperate to get out of it as soon as we could. Devon was assigned our case and has been fantastic. She always calls me back quickly, always gives me updates and feedback as soon as she can, never makes me feel stupid for asking a question I don't understand. She has had to reassure me many times over the last few weeks when issues have appeared, but i felt able to trust her and leave things with her. She has just got us a fantastic rate with a high street lender and we have now fixed in just before the interest rates are starting to go up too so we are so grateful. She has certainly made this experience 100% more pleasant than the last time we got a mortgage. I definitely recommend using Devon and we will certainly be using her next time we remortgage!

Do not use this company! They pay for external call centres from other countries that claim their names are John or Ben (you know which country I mean). Very questionable as to where they get your information from - for me, they used fake information I typically use for scam calls (I enjoy wasting scam callers time). Then they put you through to this company 'St&r Limited'. I told them all the information that had been passed to them was fake and asked why they would use a company that clearly breeches GDPR. They put the phone down on me. So, I called them back to get their details. I got told by a different staff member that they use many companies to cold call customers. I asked to be removed from their system and was told they would call me back to confirm. I'm still waiting for that call. Do not trust a company that operates like this.
