Please see my detailed review of this company (former employee):

I joined this company fresh out of university as a graduate within construction and the built environment. The salary on offer was poor but I needed to get my foot into the door and in fairness to them they gave me an opportunity.

The organisation itself is sort of a one man band operation run by a singular owner with a team of 4. The work place culture is toxic and clique (see glass door reviews). Thankfully, I didn't experience any derogatory comments labelled at me but did often see them at others.

I won't go into the attitude of the owner (posh toff type, hasn't done a decent day's graft in his life).

I left this company in 2018 and worked my way up as Senior PM at a international consultancy.

Recently saw there company name come up to provide H & S services - the approach went straight in the bin.
