I cannot fault Ian's level of service. He went out of his way to arrange an appointment promptly as my BSS was close to expiry.
He carried out the initial inspection as arranged and then offered clear concise advice as to what works were required to achieve compliance.
When the work was complete he found a window to attend again quickly and subsequently I now have a compliant BSS certificate.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ian to other boat users.

Having known and respected Ian for his knowledge of boats and electrics over many years I was delighted to hear he had qualified as a BSS inspector and to have him conduct the BSS inspection.
