This is quite a long review but I feel any shorter would not do Ian Maudsley at Mortgage Options any justice.
Ian was first recommended to me in 2019 when I was trying to remortgage my property after a breakup. A friend knew him from school and said he has a strong integrity. I can absolutely vouch for that. I have used Ian 3 times now for my residential and BTL mortgages and each time Ian has spent a great deal of time and effort in not only finding me the most appropriate mortgage but also explaining the process as well as updating me on any changes in the market. Ian was diligent in his work throughout and dealt with applications promptly to secure the best rates. If I had any issues, he would always reply swiftly and action any steps needed which included liaising with other parties.
I did use another mortgage advisor back in 2022 bc Ian was too busy at the time. I have gone back to him since. Every time I have used Ian, I felt happy with all the decisions made and that is bc Ian wants to and will act with my best interests at heart. He is responsive even after the mortgage has been completed. I have sought Ian's advice on other financial matters too, what he doesn't know, he will try to find out or to direct me in the right direction. I don't think there is another whom I trust or want to deal with as much as Ian. Thank you very much

Excellent from start to finish!

We have used Adey now for 6 years, he always makes contact well before our mortgage is due for renewal and his communication is excellent! He is approachable and honest throughout the whole process, adjusting figures to ensure we get the best deal on our mortgage. He always explains everything in detail and nothing is ever too much to ask.
