I really couldn't recommend Grange Mortgages more highly! We came to them after a friend recommended them due to a nightmare experience with our previous broker. The previous broker before we came to Grange had basically shattered our dreams of buying a home and telling us there was no way we could afford what we were looking for, due to me working in a family business and my partner being self employed and being on a visa in the UK. Thankfully, our first call with Adam Smith from Grange completely re-assured us and said he was certain we could absolutely figure it out. Adam worked with us over the course of several weeks, helping us provide the correct documents and constantly going back and forth with Accord (the same lenders the previous broker had said would NEVER accept us). Honestly, Adam was AMAZING. He was so persistent and was as determined as we were to get this mortgage approved for us and help us buy our dream, first home. When the offer finally did come through, it was a Friday night and he still went out of his way to call us from his mobile and celebrate with us over the phone. Honestly, if i could give them 10 stars I would. We will absolutely use Grange and Adam again when our fixed mortgage rate comes to an end. They are simply THE best. Thank you Adam and the rest of the team. You've made our dream come true.
