I could speak more highly of the service we had with Sheridan at OMA. We were applying for our first mortgage on a shared ownership property and naturally, lacked knowledge in several areas and Sheridan explained everything clearly, simply and no question was off the table. Sheridan was also incredibly responsive, meaning we were never left in the dark with the progress of our application. He chased relevant parties when needed and he felt like a genuine advocate for our case. This was especially important for us, having been served a section 21 on our rental, so time was off the essence. My only regret is not contacting him/them sooner!
The cost of using OMA was extremely reasonable, especially considering the fantastic service we received. I would recommend them to anyone (and will be doing!)
Thank you OMA/Sheridan, you made what can be a stressful situation as easy as it could be.

Left around 50 voicemails on my answer machine so far in the past 3 weeks. I’ve even blocked their numbers and they keep calling. Always from a woman from Jenny.

Put through to an incredibly pushy mortgage broker and requested a “free credit check” from a questionable third party site demanding payment details. Have been bombarded with messages and voicemails since, which has been quite unnerving.

Have since found another independent mortgage advisor after being incredibly put off by the whole process with OMA

I contacted the company about getting a mortgage. After explaining my complex situation I was informed very rudely that it was impossible for me to get a mortgage. That I was wasting my time and I should not contact any other mortgage brokers, as I would be wasting their time.

I'm very glad I completely ignored this companies advice. As I found a mortgage broker who actually listened to me, did some research and managed to get me a mortgage offer.

Won't stop calling/ harassing me, leaving multiple voice mails per day. They keep ringing from different number phone numbers each time which looks really bad on their behalf too
