We have had the great pleasure of working with ILECS on 2 sets of lifts that we manage on behalf of our residential clients. The service we receive from Chris Blowers and Dave Marks is absolutely outstanding; I never have to chase for responses and everything is always done very efficiently. They keep on top of all of defects, call outs and have saved our clients a fortune through their advice and negotiations on pricing for replacement parts!

We will certainly be looking to expand ILECS onto the rest of our portfolio in the coming year!

We were first introduced to ILECS nearly 2 year ago by Dave. We now have several of our sites with ILECS who have not only saved us thousands in works that were "advised" by lift contractors, but their customer service is second to none. Sophie Scott is fantastic and literally responds to our telephone/email queries within minutes. They tender out, schedule the works and correspond with other companies, which to us is incredible. We are hoping to get more sites on board soon.

Great to have experts who have a wealth of technical knowledge to enable me and my firm as Property Managers of mixed used developments to keep lifts compliant. They are supportive when reviewing of all data from the contractor and insurance inspection and in particular quotes for remedial works. ILECS Ltd are also very useful at unlocking issues with contractors and have great contacts across the industry. Very highly recommended, particularly the Onevision service!

Ilecs had been recommended to me to work on a couple of developments with regular lift issues. From the initial meeting with them, I was happy to instruct Ilecs on behalf of the Directors of two of my sites. All staff are extremely professional and reliable and work hard to take away the admin from service and insurance reports but more importantly, they actively work with service providers and property managers to reduce any uncertainty of the content of all the paperwork and costings. Currently they are project managing major works to multiple lifts, their service, attention to detail and professionalism is worth every penny. I cannot recommend Ilecs highly enough. Jamie, Sophie and Abi have all been amazing to date and will look forward to bringing more sites to them.

I've known ILECS almost since the start of my property management career in the late 1990s. Whichever managing agent I was working for, I never hesitated to bring in ILECS to act as an independent consultant for our clients lifts. In residential buildings - often with elderly residents within - it is VITAL that the lifts are managed proactively to minimise downtime. ILECS always get honest and practical advice - and they were always happy to speak to the client directly which was often very helpful. Their ONEVISION scheme was a major disrupter in the lift consultancy/maintenance market... I would recommend that service to anyone responsible for managing lifts. 5 star without hesitation.

In our own experience/point of view the performance of the company is very poor, , after adding more fees to the original agreed price, they only provided a 1 page showing lines of phases of the lift in the middle of the fitting.
Never heard again from them, despite asking how the project was going on.
