I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Florins.
We made new wills and LPAs with Sophie who then also provided a sympathetic and supportive service dealing with my late husbands Grant of Probate.
Graham took care of our finances, pensions and inheritance planning, helping to amalgamate my finances into a more manageable form. Everything has been clearly explained with guidance on timescales and processes, nothing is rushed and they have not been pushy. At all stages they kept me
informed of what was happening and what paperwork I needed to provide to keep things flowing.
It has been a very challenging year for me and Florins have been supportive, professional and approachable for which I am very grateful. The whole team are excellent, and I am very happy to recommend Florins, where good old fashioned service is still in good supply.
