Sam did a really excellent job from start to finish on our recent mortgage application. We had some complications due to unusual employment contracts but Sam carried out thorough research and managed to find us a good deal. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked around our work commitments to find times to call us and he was very prompt replying to my annoying questions via email. All aspects of the mortgage application and house buying process were explained well and in a friendly but highly professional way. I would highly recommend him and would use his services again in the future.

I'm not usually one to leave many reviews, however, on this occasion, I felt I needed to as Sam at Cambridge & Country has provided superb service above and beyond normal levels in order to secure us a remortgage on our current property. Explained clearly, and in language that was easy for both my wife and I to understand, made great recommendations on different products, but most importantly, took time to listen to what we were trying to achieve, in what was a fairly complex situation, which seemed to pass by other advisors. It's nice to find someone who genuinely cares about his clients, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone looking for help and advice to use Sam's services.
