Just had to pay £30 to update my number plate. If it was £10, you'd be alright because it took someone 2 minutes to update, but £30 is taking the piss. I already know I won't be renewing with this outfit.

Customer service is totally appalling and even trying to get through to the team is a joke. Then eventually you get through and they cut you off mid call and don’t even call you back.
Another 30 mins trying ti get through and then cut off again. Do these people expect me to do all the leg work and waste hour after hour of their unusable systems and protocols.
Disgusting level of service and office management should be sacked

Avoid at all cost, had my insurance for 2 months I wanted to add another bike they offered my a price, phoned to accept it, but was told they can’t offer me this any more as it was wrong to be offered as they don’t do multi bike policies! And was told best bet was to cancel my policy and go else where, I asked how much I would get back and was told £8 so it worked out I had paid over £60 a month for my insurance. Please don’t use this company awful. I would give zero stars if I could.

Garbage. Swapped my Tuono 660 to the RS660 and the premium doubled. It’s the same bike with a bit more fairing!! Charged me £30 to make this change plus double the premium. I then added my private number plate and was charged another £30. In total I’ve paid £530 for a yearly premium that should cost me £250. I’ll never insure with them again.

Strange organisation - Not bad for the initial insurance for an old VFR (£180 approx). Went to change the bike to a new T7 and the quote to change the insurance was an additional £634. I decided not to take up the offer and asked to cancel the policy and for a refund based on the remaing length of the policy, some 10 months or so. That is still oustanding as they first quoted one price and then changed their mind reducing it to a paltry sum. Still awaiting the reason why from them.

Didn't expect this sort of business method form these guys.

Worst insurance company there is , if you try to cancel or leave they will send you fines and after fines and just when you think you paid them all you will get a letter saying you owe them more
