Ryan Morcom at Jeffery’s Lostwithiel was professional, friendly and understanding from the very start. My house sale and purchase was a long process (8 months) and Ryan was always checking in to make sure things were going to plan. The photos and virtual tour were of high quality and the overall service that Ryan provided was fantastic!!
Ryan was a constant reassurance to us and made the process much easier and efficient. Highly recommend!

Ryan has been extremely professional and efficient throughout the selling process. I bought the property through Jefferys 10 years ago and have also let through the Lostwithiel branch and all the staff have been brilliant. When the decision was made to sell, the obvious choice was to use them again and Ryan has liased with the letting team throughout and his knowledge and professionalism has ensured the process ran smoothly and quickly. I cannot praise the quality of service enough and would certainly recommend the Lostwithiel branch of Jefferys Estate Agents and Letting agents for any buying, selling or letting of property.

Ryan was excellent throughout, despite me losing the plot at one point! Sorry Ryan. Ryan is very thorough and professional and always makes it feel like you are going through the process with a friend rather than one of those estate agents who make you feel like that they aren't interested once they have your business. I can highly recommend Jeffrey’s in Lostwithiel. Ryan was dealing with the sale of our property, he is very friendly and professional. He kept us regularly updated on developments and always on hand to answer questions. If he wasn’t in the office to take a call he would always get back to us the same day, we never had to chase. Well done on a fantastic service.

AMAZING people at Jeffreys, Lostwithiel. I work in a solicitors office (not local) and usually estate agents are not my favourite people!!! But Ryan and his team are wonderful.
My friend is buying a property in Lostwithiel through them and they have been truly great. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have made a very stressful time easier and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan has been at this estate agents for over 20 years. I think that speaks volumes as most estate agents tend to move from company to company. Ryan talks honestly and always replies to calls and keeps you updated. He's also full of local knowledge so can make some good cost effective time saving suggestions for buyers and sellers. I wouldn't use any other company and did my homework before using Jeffreys. The professionalism is upheld throughout with a human, humorous approach to de escalate any anxieties. I have highly recommended to all my friends as a good estate agent is a rare thing. Their price is very competitive for the work but they offer a lot more service than their equivalent agents. You will feel as if Ryan is always prioritising your sale even though he is managing a wealth of others, no doubt all feeling as prioritised as I did.
